I made it back to the pack’s hospital just in time to see Rocky throw Dawson across the room in the hallway, as he picked him up by his shirt and growled in his face. Regina, his mate, was sobbing in the corner quietly, as she held her sleeping pup. Sylvester and Jaxon stood on the side watching all the chaos happening.
“I swear to the Goddesses, Dawson, if we find out that you’re somehow working with that f*cking lunatic vampire that’s after our Luna, we will not hesitate to execute you!” He said and enunciated every word.
“NO! PLEASE! WE DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT, BETA!” Regina cried out. Her eyes widened when she saw me, as she bowed and went to her knees. “Alpha, please! Dawson would never do such a thing! He would never betray you! YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE US!”
