Everyone was standing still with confusion on their faces as we tried to make out what the hell had just happened. The look on Felix’s face was disheartening for me to see, as he shouted out to Taylor who was making her way back into the packhouse. He stopped mid-way and looked around to see everyone’s shocked faces. We could also tell that he was embarrassed.
“Alpha, I… I don’t know what just happened,” he said to Vance. “I don’t understand! Do I go after her? Fury is telling me to, but—”
“No, buts, Felix... just go,” Vance replied. “Her room is on the second floor, I’m sure you’ll be able to follow her scent,” Felix nodded his head and bolted to the packhouse.
