As Kat stood in front of the man who had conceived her, mixed emotions were running through her. She glared at him with her eyes black and full of rage, but part of her wanted to break down and cry. She wanted to ask the man who stood before her so many questions, but she couldn’t find her voice. She studied his face, as tears began pooling in her eyes, and it was obvious where she got her nose, lips, and dark hair from. Vance looked at his mate sympathetically because he could feel the anger and heartbreak Kat was feeling.
