Tracking "Shall we just wait like this?" A whole day passed quickly. During that time, Adam ventured out to search the surrounding area. He found no signs of survivors, but he did encounter a small group of zombies—about ten or so. In a narrow alley, he used an enticement tactic to lure them in and killed them all. Along the way, he found some food and fresh water in several houses and brought it back. However, it was clear that Miao Yun Yao had no appetite at all. She looked at the food and water, but made no move to touch it. She gazed out at the darkening sky, her face clouded with an unspoken concern. "What do you plan to do?" Adam asked, noticing that Miao Yun Yao had not touched the food. He was not foolish enough to wait idly—he began to replenish himself with the provisions.
