Chapter 5: Birthday Plans

After dinner, I relaxed myself in my room and played video games. I am already tired but nothing will stop me from playing.
We had late hockey practice today, I was really glad when I got home Luna already cooked dinner.
Luna cooks really well, but I will never admit that to her, I will always say she is a bad cook. That's what brothers do.
"Knock knock" I heard Luna's voice, she has this weird habit of saying it instead of actually knocking.
I didn't say she should come in but she came in either ways.
"Some day, you will walk in and see what you aren't supposed to" I said cockily.
"Eww! Lil Bro!" She threw a pillow at me.
My innocent sister.
"I am here for my book" she said stretching out her hand, which was covered by her over sized pajamas.
"What book?" I asked feigning ignorance.
I actually got the book before getting her to attend Crescent’s party.
I know that Crescent likes my sister a lot, he hides it so well, but Jack and I know. I wanted him to be a little happy, so I made Luna attend his birthday party.
My introverted sister of course won't agree, so I made her an offer she won't reject.
"My book Lyall" she said raising her voice a little.
"I don't remember any book Lil sis".
I couldn't take it any longer her deadly stare made me confess.
"Ohhh! That book... Here it is" I handed the book over to her and her excitement immediately sky rockets.
"Thanks Lil bro" she said and flew on my bed.
"Aren't you going to sleep?"
"I am sleeping here"
"Hum...."
"Are you having girls over?" she asked with a questioning look. I could tell Luna anything, my secret is safe with her, we trust one another. She knows all about my flings with numerous girls.
"Nope, even if Elsie comes over, I won't have the strength to do anything" I joked.
"Eww.. What strength to do anything?" she said out of disgust.
"Just kidding Lil sis, you can sleep here".
She immediately cuddled herself around my duvet and started reading her book, while I played my game.
My phone rang and I picked it up.
"Hey babe" oh s**t! It's Elsie.
"Hi" I replied awkwardly.
"Are you free tomorrow?" she asked.
"Nope, I have made plans with my sister" I lied.
"Oh.. Okay maybe some other time. Good night babe"
"Goodnight" I said and hung up.
"Can't she just leave us alone?" Ruric, my wolf mind linked.
"Can't she" I replied.
I don't want a girlfriend, I just want to have fun. After we had s*x at Crescent's party she bacame more clingy and it's starting to piss me off. We have been dating for two weeks almost three. I have not dated anyone that long.
I mostly find reasons to dump them or they just stop liking me and dump me instead. But Elsie hasn't stopped liking me.

"WAKE UP!" I heard Luna's voice from my sleep.
I slowly opened my eyes. It's morning already?
One of the disadvantages of having Luna sleep overnight.
She will always wake you up, when you don't want to.
Another is, she always take all the duvet for herself, while she just leaves you to freeze to death.
"Did I say I was ready to wake up".
"You don't need to Lil bro" she said and smiled wickedly at me.
"Get your ass off the bed, we have chores to do" she reminded and she walked out the room.
Oh right! It's Saturday or more like choresday. I hate Saturday mornings.
After finishing our chores, it was noon already.
While George and Luna were chatting, I remembered the birthday plan list I made.
I quickly ran upstairs to get it. Our birthday is in two weeks.
And of course we will be throwing a grand party.
Luna and George eyed me, probably wondering what I am up to.
"Let make birthday plans!" I said cheerfully and I saw the turn off look Luna gave.
"I don't want a party" Luna hissed.
Oh right! Now let me start preaching to her why a birthday party is important.
