A lot has changed in the school since the last time I came here. I guess it should be expected. Now, everything seems…different. There have been some rebuilds and improvements to the classrooms and the common areas. Even the football field is not what I remember. It’s much more imposing now, with the Spartans logo painted on a sign by the bleachers, and even the field looks greener. But when I see the faces I used to spend my everyday life with, I remember it was never about the place, but rather about who we shared it with. Lots of the students who graduated with me moved out of town, so I’ve barely kept up with their lives through social media.
