I could hear the buzz of the town and I sat upright. The moment had arrived.
“Daniel?” Lulu called out softly and I turned to her.
“Come on, we are here,” I said as I held out my hand. We stood together as we listened carefully. The engine of the boat stopped, and I could hear the guards above us, moving around. I moved quickly then as I knew we wouldn’t have a lot of time. Lulu helped me as we cleaned up our little area.
