“Because we didn’t realize the extent of her power, Felicity,” Cass remarked sadly. “None of us did,”
“Yes but, why did they take him after they shot him?” Felicity asked curiously. “Why not just leave him behind?”
“Well…my theory is that they weren’t sure if he was actually dead. So, they took him with them. After all, one shifter is better than none,” Cass said.
“That sounds horrific, Cass,” Felicity sighed as she plopped down onto the sofa.
“It may sound bad, but we need to be thinking the way they are,” she said. “Plus, since they cleaned up all the evidence, we have to assume Aria expected the worst,”
