"Hey babe. Sorry, I was hold up with something at the office" I apologized to the already looking tired Allyson.
"Not a problem at all my darling" she said, smiling lovingly at me.
If one doesn't know her true identity, one could have thought she is a novice.
"So,,,you didn't order anything?" I asked, looking around for the waiter.
"Was waiting for you, so we could eat together. I cannot eat without my baby" she said.
"That's so very kind of you babe" I commended her as I smiled.
I made a gesture for one of the waiters to come over....
"Welcome Sir, here is our menu" The waiter handed over to me the menu.
"I will go with the item number two" I stated.
"I will also go with whatever my man will go with" she said.
