Alina's pov

I went back home, thinking of what just happened. A contract marriage?, I could not think straight, there's no way,I would accept such an offer, I thought of my dying mother and I grew sad again,

My mind drifted back to Lorenzo, his charming physique, his perfectly carved jaw, like it was carved by God himself,his thin plump lips, his piercing green eyes,he was a breathtaking god. But I despise his attitude, he was rude , just because he had the world at his feet , does not mean he should be rude.

I tried sleeping, but I couldn't, I kept thinking about the contract. If I agree, My mother's bill would be paid and I'll also be financially stable, I did not care about the second option, just wanted my mom to be healthy again. A tear slipped down my cheeks, I remembered when we used to play around the house, but after the tumor, the house has been quiet, I felt lonely, like my world was crumbling. I thought about everything and decided to give it a try, I had no option than to agree to the devil's request. It would just be for two years and every one would part ways,” It's not that hard”, I said. I came to the conclusion of meeting him tomorrow.

The next day, I wore a tight fitting gown, packed my hair in a bun and put on my scandal. I wore the bracelet my mum gave me on my 19th birthday, I looked at it and smiled.”Mum you'll be home soon”. I took my handbags left. I reached the penthouse the second time and it was like visiting heaven, it was breathtaking. The guard just nodded and let me in . I rode the elevator and stopped at the top floor, where the mighty devil was sitting down in all grace. He wore casual clothes today, but he looked like Zeus himself, he wore a t- shirt and casual joggers, his hair styled. Immediately he saw me and his demeanor changed to a serious one and he was super rude.

“ Look who we have here”, he smirked, I rolled my eyes, “I thought you won't accept the offer” he said, “So as you know i'm doing this for my mother,and ones the contract is completed, we part ways “, He raised his eyebrow and brought out some documents and papers, This is the contract and some rules to, I collected it, Everything was looking good to me , we'll both respect each privacy, attend gala and parties with him, until I saw something unbelievable, “think of ways to have a child”, I could not believe what I saw, I was just 22, It's too early. “ Child?”, I said , “yes, what wrong?,” he asked, " You did not state that we would be having a child, “And you didn't ask either”, he said mockingly. He came to my side and slide my chair down to his side,”How would you like me f*****g you?”he whispered, I was all red and pissed, I felt like slapping that beautiful face of his, I could not go back, the deed had already been done. I signed the contract and gave it back to him.

“We would be heading out to the bureau now”, he said, so rude,I whispered,”what did you say “, “nothing” , just talking to myself. We rode the elevator which seemed like forever, staying in a place like this alone with me was a big risk. Although I need to be familiar with this things, I would be his wife soon, I laughed at myself,wife?, I could not just imagine what would happen to my dear boyfriend, I would need to see him tomorrow and explain things to him, I missed him, if he was here, he would have hugged me rather than this devil here.

We went to his garage, my eyes flashed, my mouth opened, I could not count how many cars were here, I was in awe, “are you just going to stand there staring at me?I was so embarrassed right now, he settled for the black sports car. The ride to the bureau was so quiet that no one even looked at each other, he parked and I came down from the car. We went inside, two girls greeted us, One was flirting with him, I wanted to smack her at that moment and tell her he was mine now,”Mine?”, what am I doing, Oh Alina, get a grip, I said. We took pictures and we went to the jewelry store, we went to the ring section, we were welcome and taken to the VIP section, I saw all kind of rings that I could not even pick one , he asked the attendant to find one for me, she kept bringing, but he kept rejecting , till she brought one,it caught my attention, it was all surrounded with diamonds and it perfectly fitted my fingers, this would cost a fortune, I thought,” do you like it”, Lorenzo asked, yes I love it , I smiled. We went back to his house, “I will send my men to bring your belongings”, he said, so I'll be living in this big house, it's for the best. I took my leave, he told the driver to take me home, We rode in silence, when I reached, I thanked him and he waved, I opened the door of my small apartment, I went take a shower I was so exhausted, after the steamy shower, I did my self care, I landed on the bed, I looked at the ring, so I'm married now, I drifted t
