THE BOND AND CONNECTION

Tracy replied the waiting steward “ a glass of your well blended mixed fruit juice Will do”. As the steward makes his departure to get the juice from the juice dispenser, she was still enjoying the sight of the Living room, when Marvin walked up to her and said “Tracy if you feel like making use of the convenience do let me know so I can show you to the room you'll be spending the night in “ Tracy nods her head in affirmation to the words that was said to her by Marvin, looking straight into his eyes and saying “thank you Marvin, you're far too kind”. Forcing a broad smile on the face of Marvin.

The steward appeared with a fine flowery glass cup filled with a rich blend of both orange, apple and mango juice; dropping it on the side stool close to where she was seated. “Please ma, if you'd need anything please don't hesitate to press the dull bell at the side of the cushion and I'll be at your service immediately”. The steward said while taking his leave, “ Thanks” Tracy replied grabbing the glass of juice from the tray besides her.

After few hours passed “Marvin ushered Tracy to the set dinning table where they had a sumptuous meal and had a lengthy discussion, laughing and holding hands all through the dinning session. “Tracy I have an offer for you and am not sure what your reply will be but I'll just drop it on this table, while I'll leave you to think it through, I'd be expecting a positive feedback from you by the break of dawn”. Marvin said. Tracy eyes wildened with every sense of curiosity embedded in her eyeballs. What will this offer be? She thought to herself.

“ Tracy darling the night is far spent and I am feeling worn-out, I know my tired bones needs to feel the comfort of my warmth bed”. As he was speaking he had a pen and jotter in his hands, there-in he scribbles a written note which reads thus far; Hello Tracy Deep, I'll be glad if you can work in my establishment as a “secretary”. Please note you're not under any form of duress to take the offer, but please, if you do I'll be most honored and glad to have you work with us. Thanks.

He dropped the note on the table, she watched him as he took a walk upstairs, He turned back catching her gaze staring at his steps, “ He said your room for the night is the first room to your right before the staircase up, see you in the morning; make sure to enjoy all the comfort in that room”. “Good night” Tracy uttered.

Tracy took the note on the table, smiling as she reads what's written in it, she then thought to herself who won't be eager to pick up any role to work in the “MAROON JACK” conglomerate groups of company? It's more of an honor and a great privilege to me, than he thinks my acceptance is, to him, ”Oh Marvin is an angel” God finally sent me an angel, in the body and form of Marvin. I am so grateful to Divinity and to the universe for such a wonderful conundrum.

A happy and soulful woman she is, as she made her way to the bed room that has been prepared for her to spend the night. She was in a great mood that night as she could not sleep, due to the waves of thoughts that was constantly going through her mind, thinking of what to do next and how she will drop her resignation at once from her previous role as a waitress at Boulevard restaurant; lo and behold it was already dawn” 8:00am the next day which is Sunday. She was still feeling dizzy and enjoying the comfort of the bedroom when she had a knock on the door notifying her that Breakfast was already served. '' That must be the voice of one of Marvin steward, she thought to herself. She got up checked the drawer and saw that it had a tooth paste and brush in it, and a neatly arranged towel, for her usage. She was indeed impressed at the holistic nature of the intense and thoughtful treatment. She is receiving.”ok” she replied to whoever that spoke to her. “I'll be at the dinning in a moment” she said.

Tracy went to the bathroom to get herself refreshed and she was thrilled by the ambience she met in her bathroom,” This smells like heaven”. She said taking her time to enjoy her stay in the bathtube. When she came out, she was surprised that a well and cleaned dress was already provided for her to wear, with a caption “I hope you'd like this dress, Angel? Put it on if you do

And to her greatest surprise the dress was well fitting on her, revealing all the roundness, shape and curves on her body. Saying she was mesmerised was an understatement. “ Marvin is such a cute and wonderful soul”. She screamed aloud in appreciation to her look, standing in front of the mirror in the room, as she stood for a while, why admiring herself.

Tracy opened the door as she was headed to the dinning table where her breakfast was already served, and was met with a warm smile from Marvin broad face who was already seated at the table and waiting. “ Tracy you look breathless”. He said, “thank you Marvin, I sincerely appreciate all that you've done”. How can I repay you? She replied; come, take your seat let's enjoy this breakfast, I've been starving while I waited for you to come out of the room for God knows how long, now I see why it took your that long to come out, looking like a million dollar bucks in your gorgeous outfit”. Marvin said, she was overwhelmed by such remarks coming from the man who has turned her sorrow into joy in just a few days of knowing and meeting each other, she blushed profusely all through as they sat eating breakfast together.

Tracy darling after this meal I will love to take you to my abode, because I now know you deserve to know where I live and spend most of my time, when am not in the office or hiding in my guest house, “that was why I made provision for you to look this gorgeous and thank goodness you didn't disappoint and my choices suits your body physique perfectly “, He said, “ whenever you're ready I am much more ready she retorted”, having rested till evening enjoying each others company.

They both drove in an expensive rolls royce car, heading towards Marvin's edifice, the light of the city sparkled like a jeweled tiara in the darkness, providing a dazzling backdrop for the opulent penthouse suite. Tracy gazed out the floor to ceiling window with a sense of awe and disbelief, taking in the stunning view of the New York City skyline.

She felt a touch on her hand as she was already lost in her thought, and turned to see Marvin standing behind her, his eyes twinkling with anticipation.” Welcome to my abode, which will be your new home from now henceforth”, he said.

The Mansion exuded an air of understated elegance with dark hardwood floors, charcoal gray wall, and plush black furniture that spoke to Marvin's impeccable taste. The plush velvet sofas and silky slimming curtains, lent an air of warmth and comfort to the space. The room was bathed in the soft glow of recessed lighting which cast and transmit a romantic, intimate ambience over the space. Tracy looked at Marvin and said “ I thought your guest apartment was nothing short of beauty but this is me beholding beauty at it's peak in your residence “, Marvin just smiled and said thank you faintly.
