I was not a psycho though, right? I mean, clearly it was Killian who was making me like this. I couldn't wait for Lenny to arrive and get my mind off all this.I rubbed my temples as the elevator finally dinged open and I stepped back out into the lobby. I went straight to the receptionist's desk and saw her straighten up once she saw me. That pleased me a bit, but for now, I might as well make friends. I needed some company and an office gossip buddy anyway.
"You can relax." I managed to smile a bit to try and ease her. On second thoughts, I didn't feel like getting chummy with anyone in the foul mood I was in. "Where's the HR department?"
