Alexander’s hands slipped down her back and came to rest on her bottom as she leaned in as close as she could get. She felt fear of the unknown and her insecurities started to push through, and she instantly pushed them back down.
She knew for a fact that she was meant to be there. She knew that the moon goddess chose Alexander for her and, more importantly, chose her for Alexander. If the moon goddess saw a happy future for them, Tasha had to believe it was meant to be.
Alexander slowly unzipped the back of her dress and she gasped when his fingers touched her bare skin. He dropped the dress on the floor, but she didn’t break eye contact with him. She was nervous, and she was scared that if she didn’t keep eye contact, she might lose her nerve completely.
