Once Dennis was settled into the medical, Adelina replaced the staff in the house with more wolf friendly members and set him up a wolf friendly room.
The doctors ran their tests and then more tests. They concluded that Blackie, Dennis’s wolf had passed, and that Dennis was showing signs of losing his mind because of this. There was not much more they could do for him at this time.
Adelina put him into his new room and called Sarah to let her know the results. Sarah asked if she could keep him and watch over him till the end. Adelina agreed because she knew that sending him back would be a death sentence.
For the next year Adelina spent her time with Dennis. Some days his mind seemed clear, other days he was not. No matter the state of his mind she took great care of him.
