There were twenty one witches on her list. Most were located across the United States. About half of those were located on wolf pack lands. The ones located in Europe all seemed to be older and located under spell’s requiring certain phrases to be called out. The question was does she go from hardest the easiest or easiest to hardest.
Knowing that there was communication between witches Josie decided to go hardest to easiest, so that none of the more powerful witches would have time to up their protection.
Calling the witches out was the easy part. They all were too curious to ignore her call. A call for a powerful witch to help another powerful witch was a strong curiosity. Being competitive usually meant they did not call upon one another.
The strong ones were all elemental witches
