Tess frowned as she gazed into her blender. It already had pineapple chunks, kale, and yogurt in it. Something was missing, though. She was just about to call for Luca, who was taking a shower, when the intercom made a sound. Maybe Luca had ordered some fresh bagels from that bakery around the corner again.
She walked into the foyer to buzz in the deliciously baked goods while pondering her life. Three days ago she’d discovered Cruz’s whereabouts. She yet had to tell Luca.
