“Huh?”
“I said what changed? Stop acting like a deaf person.”
Seeing how condescending his tone is, Hilda decided to infuriate him further.
“Are you talking to me?” She gave him one of her innocent sweet smiles.
“No, I am talking to the person beside you.” he glared at her, which she returned with one of her own.
“Well, I didn't know you were talking to me, seeing as you are so rude.”
He was about to say something when Luvinia and Langston came back with a fresh copy of the contract paperwork as Thane shredded the first one.
