After eating dinner with my family and Josh, it’s time for Honey to go to bed. We’re in her room, and I lay beside her and tuck her under the duvet.
“Have a good rest Honey.” Josh placed a kiss on Honey’s forehead and she gave him a warm hug, wrapping her arms around his neck.
“Thank you so much Uncle Josh. Goodnight mommy, happy birthday!” Honey smiles at me and I lean closer and kisses her cheek.
“Goodnight baby, I love you.” I brush my fingers through her hair one last time before stepping away from the bed.
