"Are you okay, son? Why did Yoo-Mi leave?" Dad asked me after I heaved countless sighs while I leaned on the headboard of my hospital bed. He put the two iced coffee on the table before walking towards the bed, sitting beside me.
I pressed my lips together, deciding if I had to open up for him. I don't know if our relationship as father and son was fine before the accident happened but I think it's not a big thing if I open up to him, right?
"Dad, I kissed Yoo-Mi," I said, heaving another sigh as I massaged my temple. "That is why she left."
