Elizabeth’s POV As the evening sun dips below the horizon, we arrive at the White City. It’s my first visit, and I can’t help but be awed by the Lycans’ capital. The main street, paved with pristine stone, is both spacious and immaculate, flanked by impressive buildings made from white marble. Now I get why they call it the White City.
