“We’re here to look at wedding rings,” said Mick. He was still getting used to the sheer size of shopping malls on Earth after spending five years on Salacia.
“Congratulations! How exciting. Our wedding selections are right over here.”
Mick followed his fiancé to that display. Three months after he proposed and thinking of Kevin as his fiancé still thrilled him. He couldn’t wait to upgrade the title to husband.
“We can eliminate the gaudy ones right away,” said Kevin.
“Something more classic, then?”
“Classic without being boring,” clarified Mick.
“Alright. This designer might interest you.”
