I was looking my mate with confusion and fear. I watched him turning from soft to cold and honestly, if I couldn’t figure out the reason for him being soft and considerate with me, I was also unable to understand the coldness in his personality.
I believe it was because of the lady that had come to visit us and was specifically looking to meet me, I bit down my lower lip and blinked my eyes twice to not let them weep.
