"How dare you play with my emotions?"adelaide asks as her knees trembled.

"Get out!!"lucas yelled scaring the hell out of not just adelaide but the sluts.

Emily felt her leg stuck,she couldn't believe her eyes,she wondered how he was able to get to her this much when she barely knew him.

She wiped her tears and walks out.

"Leave!!!"lucas says glaring at the ground."uhn?"one of the sluts asks.

Lucas glares at her hard "I'm sure you don't want me to repeat my self, do you?"the sluts bow their heads and run out.

Lucas stares at the ground remembering what wolfpire said.

«flashback»

Lucas walks around in adelaide's room,he was heart broken and scared as well,if seeing him in his demon state could make her sleep for days,then what would biting her do.

Amidst his thoughts a voice erupted from the air"you like her?"

"Who are you?"

"After so many encounters you still don't know me?"zaila a wolfpire emerges from the air.she was wearing a long flowy blue gown,her eyes are silver,her lips black,she's got a long nose and a nice aura.

"What do you want this time?"

She sits on a chair facing adelaide's bed."she might die if this .....goes on"

"What are you saying?,I'm not ready for your chitchats"

"She will die within a week..."

"Leave if you've nothing to say,she just fainted out of shock"

"Is that the truth or is that what you want yourself to believe?"she takes a deep breath.

"You slept with her,your demon consumed all of her energy,it would've been fine if she was a wolf"

"What do you mean?"

"Haven't you noticed,she's different from adelaide,she is human,a weak one"

Lucas smirks unable to believe what she says.

"Why do you think I'll believe you"

"You know better whether to believe me or not,and am sure you know only my blood can cure her?"

"What do you want?"

"You know better what I want,I'll cure her but remember to stay away from her"

«Kristen's pov

As those words sank into my head,I could hear my heart declining to it.You might probably be wondering who she is,she is a wolfpire,she was born half wolf,half vampire,wolfpire are rare in fact she is the only wolfpire that exists,the remaining died during their fight with the witches.

She would have been dead if I didn't save her then,I'm glad I did though,but since then I never knew peace,she fell over heels for me and has been bothering me.

You are probably wondering why she didn't stop me while I was about to have s*x with her.Wolfpires can't stay in our land for long,they are only privileged to stay for some minutes, by then staying for some minutes some of their energy would be drained , they need months for recuperating. If they stay too long their energy will be drained to death.

You might also be wondering why I believed her,someone who is a rival to adelaide,wolfpires have another disadvantage , their hair turn grey when they lie.

Like she said, I knew everything earlier on all I didn't think about was she was human.

«Emily's room»

Kaid walks in."adelaide?"

"Leave, I don't want to see anyone...."Emily says, trying to hold back the tears. She was lying face down on the bed,the duvet wrapped around her body and the pillow on her head.

"June is here to see you,"kaid says as a pretty lady walks in.

Emily raises up her head,shock written all over her face.

"How did you get here?"
