Elizabeth’s POV. Last night felt like hell and my only means to escape that hell was to sleep. Even while sleeping, in my dreams— I still had this feeling that Sandra would come for me. I would wake up at certain times in the night to truly confirm if the doors were locked. I checked on the windows too and the corners of my room. “You're being paranoid.” My friend would say but I didn't mind. It was better to be paranoid and alive without a scar, seeing the warnings on time than to be asleep silently and maybe die there.
