Dinner was over and Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke headed back to their homes a bit after my lightning bug show.
And now I was alone with Kakashi in his kitchen, nervously washing the dishes I had insisted I clean up since I used them...I had also insisted this while there were still three sidekicks to help divert Kakashi's attention. I didn't dare look up at him as I shoved my hands into the soapy water for another dish. A bit more nervous when I felt nothing, I pulled the stop on the drain. Turning around and leaning back on the counter, I found another focus for my attention as I glued my eyes to the dish cloth I used to dry my hands.
"Yukaru?" Kakashi finally spoke up for the first time since his students had left. Again like before he was just leaning in the doorway watching me.
