************ JANUARY 1ST, 1994 FLASHBACK    ************** "Hey, you guys tonight's a full moon!" Albert squeals "You know what that means!!!" All three boys say in Unisom.  As if reading each other's thoughts. Getting up from their spots on the couch they each hopped up and took off running, hauling ass out of the castle doors whilst pulling off their shirts socks belts and finally removing their jeans tossing them to the ground behind them as they sprint off towards the tree line with a fully clothed Diane in tow. Rushing behind Isaac hopping over obstacles Albert knocks down behind him attempting to slow us down from ahead of Isaac. Thomas was gaining on them down to one sock and his underwear when  Cyrus had to remind him that even though it's been some time since his last shift and he may be excited ..But this would be young Diane's first time. He halted in place then turned on his heels to catch up to Diane.  "I'm sorry Diane I just got a little excited." he apologized. "No! it's fine go have fun with your friends!  go! ill be fine! go! Go!" she pushed. "No, I couldn't. I  want to be here with you Diane." Tom said. "THO-mass! I'm fine .honest. I love to see you guys having your fun." she admitted.  "Lisbon- That's because your use to watching from the windows while the village kids and others played .. . why not join in on the fun now Diane? what could it hurt?." "But I have no idea how to even go about it!" Diane replied. "If you maybe ..wanted to try your first shift tonight maybe we could do it together ??.." Tom asked nervously.   "Uhm. uh . . Idk Thomas... I'm not really sure how. and I don't want to embarrass myself." she admitted.  ** Howls from nearby filled the air alerting tom his pals were near and waiting ** Lisbon spoke again "Just have to have confidence in yourself and confidence in your wolf. then I can take over .. Do you, Diane? do you trust me??" "Yes, I trust you" Diane replied back in a hushed tone.  Thomas was not sure what's going on and decided on taking a step back. Walking backward to lean on a big frost-covered tree. Diane stood there clenching her arms to the sides of her curvy hips. closing her eyes as tight as she can, as if trying not to peak at what will befold. She held her head back towards the dark starry night's sky, whispering to her wolf and spreading her arms out one to her left and right she said the words "I trust you". Standing there with her arms out wide, what Tom could only describe as a Bright Blue hue started to emanate around her. Before The Blue Light grew brighter blinding Thomas forcing him to look away. shielding his eyes.   "Is mate okay!!" Thomas looked back up to the spot he last saw Diane and the blue Hue but instead of Diane. Thomas was surprised to see A large white wolf with Bright blue eyes starring back at him.  **Cyrus let out a loud growl even Thomas couldn't stop it before it escaped his lips.** "MATE!!" Cyrus Roared before taking over full control over Thomas's form.  Forcing Thomas's body Through a full involuntary shift Cyrus emerged in his full wolf form standing in front of HIS MATE. Cyrus was a Larger Black wolf with eyes that you would have sworn would shine a glimpse of red when the moonlight hit it just right. otherwise, he might as well be a shadow in the night blending in with the dark surroundings of the moonlit forest surrounding the Crescent Castle. Diane's white wolf came charging right at him knocking him on his butt. falling over Cyrus hopped back up on all fours giving chase to Diane's playful white wolf.  As the two of them darted through the forest easily avoiding the sent of the other two wolves. Diane's wolf got a tad bit distracted when she caught the scent of some small animal and decided to trail the poor animal. Diane's wolf was close on its tracks when suddenly she was alerted to a noise behind the bushes ahead of her. She stopped her chase ..And stooped down real low ready to pounce when a small little White bunny came hopping out of the brush and into plain view. She wasn't going to hurt it. She couldn't just attack the poor defenseless thing, besides she only wanted to play. The poor bunny frozen with fear didn't know what to do. When out of nowhere a big black wolf jumped out of the bush behind the bunny leaping onto an unsuspecting wolf.  "WHY ARE YOU HIDING FROM ME MATE!" Cyrus asked as he rolled off of Diane.  "I'm not hiding wolf...  And I'm not Diane just as you aren't Thomas". the white wolf replied.  "Nice to finally meet, Lisbon" Cyrus replied with a smirk. "Ah, so you've learned my name, smart wolf. Lisbon flirted .Before taking off into the dark forest once more." Cyrus chased her for half a mile before finally catching up, now running side by side they dipped behind tree after tree attempting to slow each other down. When Diane took a left turn towards a nearby stream meeting up with two small seemingly familiar dark grey wolves. Took you long enough Isaac said greeting his friends. Albert looked as if he was catching a nap snuggled into the warm mud just at the edge of the busy stream. Almost blending in with his surroundings with his dark rusty grey fur caked in mud as if he had been rolling around in it for hours. Isaac on the other hand was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed like he had been waiting for Thomas and Diane to join them since his best bud clearly fell asleep on him, leaving him to play on his own. Diane was the first to break the awkward stare Isaac was giving her when she spoke up.  Diane: "Something wrong Isaac??" she asked.  " Nn..no nothing. it's just I've never seen an all-white wolf before. that's all." he admitted. *Diane took a step back as if his words offended her.* "Wait!! no, Diane, it's okay. truly it's amazing. your wolf is totally awesome and your fur is so pure and white almost like snow. and I was just thinking .. It's ironic that the ice princess herself would be blessed with fur as white as the ice she creates. It's almost like you should have been named frost.. You know what that's what ima call you "frost"." he said. *Diane chuckles*  Lisbon however wasn't so amused, she willed the stream to rise up tall crashing down on the unsuspecting wolf. Serves him right.
