Chapter 4 Spotlights On MeI stared at the message on my phone with my heart beating out of my chest. How in the world did he get my number? He doesn't even know my name! The thoughts flipped over and over in my mind wondering how this could even happen when Jess skipped into my room.
"Hey are we heading out or not, I was gonna meet up with Kyle once I walked with you to work..." Jess's voice trailed off when she saw the look on my face. "What's up."
I pointed the phone in her direction, knowing full well she must have something to do with this. "This is whats up. How does he have my number Jess?" I enquired with an angry scowl on my face.
She tried to suppress the the smile forming on her face and pretend she had nothing to do with it, but I knew better. "I have know idea, who is it?"
