The process of making bread had been a thoroughly enjoyable ordeal. Julius had made bread before in school, but the majority of his clientele did not, in fact, eat bread. Or rice, potatoes or most starchy vegetables. Low-carb was in and it was a lucrative specialty. He had spent years learning, preparing and even teaching how to make 'healthy taste good'.
