Beau -  “You” That one word lit every spark in me. She knew, she knew I was the one.  “Mate her” Ryan howled, feeling just as excited as I was. “Shush, that’ll just scare her” I chastised him. As much as I wanted to take her right now in this car. I knew it wasn’t in my best interest and I had no idea if it would be reciprocated. Mating her if she was unwilling would only damage our bond. “You can feel it? Our bond I mean,” I said. Her eyes were wide and confused. She nodded. “That's good, it will make getting you to fall in love with me much easier.” I gave her a wicked grin, she flushed and turned towards the window. I pulled off the shoulder of the road and continued to the pack house, careful to not remove my hand on hers. When we got back I escorted her to her room, and gave her a simple smile to say ‘goodnight. I got back to my suite and I flopped on my bed, I could still smell her when I walked through my front door. Now that I know, that she knows, it will make resisting her a lot harder, but I wouldn't risk losing her trust and damaging our bond. My cell phone dinged and I rolled around fishing it out of my pocket. Oakley: Sorry I was so quiet, it was a lot to take in. The confirmation and all. Beau: Of course, I understand. Do you have any questions? Oakley: Yeah Oakley: What happens next? Beau: Well does a picnic after school sound okay? Just you and me. We can go over more things then. Oakley: I’d like that, I’ll text you tomorrow I let my phone rest on the nightstand while I went to the bathroom to change into my pajamas. I smiled when I heard it ding twice more. My heart felt like beating right out of my chest, I couldn’t believe I found her. After all this emptiness. I went over to my phone and read the messages, my face contorted while I tried to make sense of it.  Jackson: There are trespassers in the woods Jackson: Members of Moon Shine pack? Do we know them? Ryan growled within me, he knew why they were here. Our mate was in danger. I hopped up and ran out the back door of the pack house. The house sat at the edge of the woods, I looked into the woods but couldn’t see anything. I told Ryan to take control, without hesitation he jumped to the surface. I fell to the ground but regained my balance on four legs, pajamas ripped to shreds behind me. Damn my best pair too. I took off running my nose in the air, tracking them down. I finally came to a clearing to see four wolves backed up against the wood line. Jackson and six guards standing, snarling at them. I hurried to the front and looked for the most dominant one. To my surprise none of them were an Alpha. I used my internal voice to call to them. “Who are you and why are you here?” I looked at them. A ragged brown wolf stepped out from the pack. “We are from the pack Moon Shine, I’m the sudo Alpha, Paul” he replied. “You are nothing more than a soldier” I laughed within my wolf at him. “Of course, because you have our rightful Luna, holding our bloodline hostage” A white wolf from the middle growled at me. I lurched forward and took the wolf by its throat pinning it to the ground. “What did you say?” I watched as she struggled beneath me, eyes searching for a pack member to help, but I would demolish them all. They knew that. I released her and backed up to my position. “Please grant us access to her,” Paul said. “She knows nothing of you! Her mother hid your pack from her, hid her father from her.” I growled. “Then why did she call us?” Paul said, taking a few steps forward. My hard exterior dropped for a second in shock that Rose had called them. I looked towards Jackson, who was just as shocked as I was. “I will grant you access to stay, Paul, under the condition that you won't speak to her without my supervision and that you send home whoever else has come with you on this trip.” Paul nodded in agreement. Before I turned to leave Paul barked to gain my attention. “What color is her wolf?” he asked. “Why?” I snarled. “Her father, Alpha Damian, was the last marbled wolf known. Does she share the same skin?” he asked, almost begging. I wasn’t going to give up the fact that her wolf had receded. “You can find out later,” I said, remaining stoic.  As I walked back to the house I thought about the marbled wolf. Most wolves were your standard grey or brown, the closer the bloodline got to Alpha the more individual your coat got. I remember seeing Alpha Damian once in wolf form. He was so large at the time, but now I probably tower over him. His coat though, was a swirl of pitch black and snow white. It was said that he was from the same blood as the original wolves. The swirl of his coat represented that the black and white wolves descended from his line and were to bow to him. He was the last descendant from the original left, possibly now only Oakley was left. Coming closer to the house I noticed a small figure standing out the back door peering into the woods, wrapped in a small blanket. I crouched down and slowly walked towards them. The light finally hit me enough to startle them. The sudden movement slung their scent into the wind and I could finally identify them. “Oakley?” I called to her, just like I did the other wolves. Oakley - I stood outside the pack house’s back door, unsure what to do next. I was feeling restless and a voice called to me saying “out...back”. I tried to ignore it but it kept calling to me. I was now standing out here freezing my butt off, probably looking like a total lunatic. I was about to turn when I heard a twig snap in the woods. I tried to adjust my eyes when I saw him. The largest wolf I had ever seen, I took a single step back. I recognized its eyes though, I knew those golden brown eyes. I heard Beau say “Oakley” but I didn’t know where it was coming from. I looked around before turning back to the wolf. “Beau?” I questioned. The wolf came jogging out of the woods and stopped right in front of me. I outstretched my hand and he pushed his giant head against my hand. Running my fingers through his soft fur I realized what a beautiful wolf he was. Large and sturdy, he had large pointed ears and large canines from what I could see. Much larger than any wolf I’d ever seen. Most of his coat was a honey brown, but his face was a dark brown creating the illusion of glowing eyes, his legs and the tip of his tail matched the brown of his face.  “Lets go inside Beau” I said, smiling into his fur. I turned and started towards the back door. “Okay, but can I borrow your blanket?” Beau said. I looked back to see a full human naked Beau standing now. His hands were precariously placed over his manhood. I felt myself blush immediately. I walked back towards him and handed him the blanket. He gave me the same coy smile as he did in the car and I knew I was in trouble.
