NYC, The Big City filled with bright lights and everything you could ever imagine, different talented people from so many different races. NYC is the place where dreams come through and where big things happen besides the violence, the shootings and world war that happened many years ago NYC has become one of the most populated places in the world , people would travel near and far just to visit, start a business,go to school or even to enjoy the many different tasty Foods and visit the many different organizations you could possibly think of.
Growing up in the NYC Jessica hardly visited anywhere she mostly went to the movies ,to school and a few of the designer stores to admire the latest fashions so she could gather ideas for her designer book. Jessica would often go to the music museum so she can see the many different instruments from years ago until today she had a very deep passion for music she loved playing instruments and writing songs but she never got the chance to join an orchestra which is one of her dreams. Jessica really wanted to put her self out there to show the world her different Arts to give people something to feel good about and to encourage people to believe that they can achieve but she was all locked up in the inside like a prisoner afraid to break free and be who she really was.
Tomorrow is Jessica’s graduation from high school and Jessica and her grandmother are going shopping for a beautiful dress, Her grandmother helped her save 200 US dollars just for her graduation outfit so today Jessica and her grandmother will go shopping. Jessica was bullied at school and teased a lot so her idea is to be like one of those princesses in the movies who would just pop up at graduation looking like a whole different person so she took her grandmother to every cheap store there was with the best looking outfits just to find the perfect dress because she knew that she would become lucky. It was now getting dark out but the beautiful lights in the city made every store accessible and Jessica would not give up until she finds that dress. Jessica suddenly came to a pause her thoughts were loud she came up with a great idea she told her grandmother that she knew where she could find the dress so she pull her grandmother and quickly walked across the road to a*****e she would always visit. when Jessica and her grandmother walked into the store it was like a glimpse of eternity, on every wall a nice dress and different clothing were on sale. Jessica smiles at her grandmother and said “I told you so” and her grandmother replied “well what are you waiting for? Go find that dress ,we don’t have all night”. Jessica walked down the isle of the store gazing at every dress ,but it became such a hard decision figuring out what to wear, then Out of nowhere came the salesman, he asked her if she needed any help, Jessica said “yes I do need help , I am graduating tomorrow and I want a beautiful dress to wear at a reasonable price”. The salesman walked her through the different styles of the dresses and the price range,but Jessica was not really amazed as yet so she told the salesman to give her time to think, Jessica searched through the dresses to her left and surprisingly found the dress of her dreams but it was not the price she was expecting so she took the dress to her grandmother to ask her what she thinks about it, Jessica’s grandmother took the dress and held it up to inspect it and she gave it this look like it was alright and then she said it’s very beautiful but how will you get your shoes, Jessica’s face turned into a frown and her grandmother said ok alright since it’s your graduation we can make something happen. Jessica’s frown turned upside down and she ran to the cashier to checkout.
