As I waited for Dan, I needed to know the progress of those who had gone after the person we thought controls the drug that makes werewolves go forsaken.
I could not believe that there was someone in this world who was able to evade me. This one must be really good.
So, I call Pete, the man in charge of that squad, and he answers within two rings.
“Boss?" He says immediately he picks the call.
“What's up Pete? All well?" I ask.
“Yes sir. Just that… *sigh* he evaded us again. But this time, I am sure that he is a man. We saw his back and then he disappeared.
It was like he teleported. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that he was a witch but he didn't have any smell.
Two more went forsaken today and it is distressing seeing them turn and we can't do anything.
