The soft classic romantic song playing in the restaurant made the mood mellow and peaceful. Cara looked around once more. It's been a while since she came to a restaurant this fancy and was wondering why Craig brought her there.
She placed her napkin on her lap and looked up at Craig who was sitting across from her. He looked a bit nervous as though something was bothering him. She took a sip from her champagne as the waiter brought their orders. “Thank you" Craig said to the waiter before taking a sip from his own glass.
“So, what's with the fancy dinner?" Cara asked, staring at the nicely cooked stake in front of her
“Well....I just thought...you know it's been a while since we did something like this and so I thought we should” He replied occasionally glancing at her from his meal.
