A shade hunter from the Society of Nuclear Darwinists was shot dead in a confrontation with an unknown man in the forest in the vicinity of Hood River. The hunter had no opportunity to defend himself, but was shot on sight along with his dog.
The fugitive is reported to be Caucasian, blond, approximately 6’4” tall and 180 lbs. He is particularly strong and fit, as well as armed with at least one laze of high power and recent manufacture. He is in the company of two fugitive shades—a young woman and a teenage boy—and it is not clear whether they are his captives or his companions. It is believed that the three fled the scene in an easterly direction from the coordinates specified below.
The suspect is considered to be armed and dangerous, as well as impossible to arrest
