SELINA’S POV
Selina let Cam lead her up the stairs.
“I am so sorry.” Selina apologised once she got with Cam alone.
“It’s okay.” Cam said. “You don’t need to apologise to me. You have done nothing wrong. It’s me who should be apologising to you. I should never have let you escape in the first place.”
Selina looked at Cam like she had lost her mind.
“No, I should apologise.” Selina said. “You got into trouble because of me. Even if you had tried to, I would have still gone out.”
Cam shook her head. “No, it was me. I was careless with you. If I had stayed by your door or had some reinstated there you won’t have gone out.”
“You couldn’t have stayed there all through.” Selina said.
“I could have.” Cam said. “I should have at least gotten someone to stay at your door. I’m just happy
