As soon as we got to school I did my best to avoid both Hollie and Whitney. None of them had mentioned signing up for prom queen yet but I did not want to assume that they had forgotten.
Hollie may forget but Whitney will never forget. Knowing her she may even go ahead and sign up on my behalf.
School was nice today. Mostly because I got to talk to more people, the ones I met at the beach yesterday. It was nice but it felt exhausting.
My bad visual memory did not help me. I was basically waving everything because I forgot two people I met yesterday and I felt really bad. So I worked harder to be smily and approachable to everyone.
I could not wait for school to be over. My social battery had drained for the day and it was not even break yet.
