As we drove to my house, I was not sure how to start bringing up what I knew about she and Lucas but I was really struggling to keep it to myself.
I knew that I was going to start explaining to her that I got a private detective to follow her around.
Which I knew was necessary but it was crossing boundaries and that was something that I had to do.
"You seem a bit off, is something wrong? is there anything you would want" she said
How did she know that I had something on my mind.
"Maybe we could get some milkshakes and brownies, what do you think" she continued
And I breathed out in relief I was starting to feel like I was becoming too obvious with my feelings and that was not ideal for a man
"Yeah sure we could do that" I agreed
I took an opposite turn which led to our milkshak
