Zaine kept giving glances at Aliah while driving as her friend keeps staring blankly outside the car window. She has lots of questions in her mind but she couldn't throw any since they are with Aliah's parents. Zaine feels so worried for her best friend, seeing James she despises the most and leaving Liam alone behind. It's too much for her to bear on her own. No wonder she breaks down into tears as soon as her mom hugged her.
Aliah remained silent and still look overwhelmed so no one even tried to talk to her. John took care of her luggage while Martha went straight to the kitchen to prepare some food. Zaine walked Aliah to her room. And as soon as they settled in her bedroom, Zaine couldn't hold anymore all the curiosity that must be killing her the entire travel time.
