  Aurora   The time was thinking very fast and I kept glancing at my croissants in the oven. My heart was pounding heavily and my hands were covered in sweat.   I had two minutes left when I whipped out my croissants from the oven, I had to fan it a little before placing it on the table.   I was covered in sweat as the alarm went off and we were ordered to stop. My heart couldn’t stop pounding and I held the table for support.   The judges came over, starting with mine first and moving onto Shirley’s.
