I could tell by her expression Alaia was thinking of a way to get away from me. She was about to turn away when I grabbed her wrist. "Can't a brother have a dance with his sister?"
Alaia looked at me as if I was up to something. If asking your sister to dance so you could question her about her intentions concerning a certain she-wolf was something, then yes, she could be right.
"Sure, as long as you're not here to convince me to leave," she said, putting her hand on my shoulder.
