Chapter 39: RomanceThe guitar was strumming and soon Cody was singing a song up toward the loft bedroom. Jace sat on the bed and listened to the song with a smile on his face.
“People always say that you’re the best of your kind,” Cody sang to Jace.
“Cowboy at the top of your game.
“But I’ve gotten to know you as so much more than that,
“I’ve grown to know the man beneath the cowboy hat.
“And I’d just like to say,
