Can’t you see me?” Liam said. “I am sorry, Liam, where are you coming from?” Davies said, and left the script writing. “I am coming from a friend's house,” Liam said, and sat down on the couch. “A friend?! You didn’t tell me you had a friend in this state,” Davies said. “I told you about Emilia if you could remember,” Liam said. “Emilia? Oh! The girl that came here the other day?” Davies said. “Yeah,” Liam said. “How is she?” Davies said. “She is fine; she sent her regards,” Liam said. “Really?” Davies said. “Yeah, she did. Is your aunt not back?” Liam said and yawned. “No, she is not back. My cousin, Sadie, is inside anyway,” Davies said. “What?! Really?!” Liam said exuberantly. “Yes,” she is back from the United Kingdom; you know my grandparents live there,” Davies said. “I am aware, Davies. You are writing another script, I guess? Liam said. “Yeah,” Davies said with a smile. “Let me have a gaze,” Liam said, and collected the script. “How is it?” Davies said. “Am I your script reader? Anyways, you are making some points. How about a change of name?” Liam said. “Don’t you like the name?” Davies said. “The name reads: No Matter What; it appears more like a quote rather than a caption”, Liam said. “Okay; I will change the name after I am done,” Davies said, and collected the script. “That will be better. Do you want to become an actor?” Liam said. “Actor?! No!! I only want to write scripts for the film industry; nothing more,” Davies said. “That is a good career, you know. I am famished already,” Liam said. “Hi, Davies!" Sadie cut in as she sauntered to the sitting room. “Hi, big sis!!" Davies said. “And who is this?” Sadie said. “Big sis, meet my buddy, Liam,” Davies said. “Liam, it is nice to meet you,” Sadie said and shook hands with Liam. “Thank you, sister Sadie, it’s a pleasure,” Liam said. “You know my name?” Sadie said, surprised. “Yeah, I do; Davies told me though,” Liam said. “Davies, you did? Sadie said and sat beside Davies. “Yeah, big sis,” Davies said. “Alright…, Sadie said. “Davies told me you can dance and sing well and I have been curious to see you,” Liam said euphorically. “Yeah, juvenile; I am multitalented,” Sadie said. “Can you sing a song, sister Sadie?” Liam said. “Okay, I love you my hubby…,” Sadie sang. “Wow!! Sis, you have a sweet voice,” Liam said with a smile. “Thank you, kiddo,” Sadie said exuberantly. “Should I sing too?” Davies said. “Brat, don’t do that; your voice is very good, you know,” Liam said sarcastically. “You are not serious, Liam,” Davies said and grimaced. “Alright, have you guys taken anything?” Sadie said. “No, big sis,” Davies said. “In that case, let me prepare something for us to eat,” Sadie said. “Thank you, big sis,” Davies and Liam said exuberantly. “What's the gist all about, guys?" Aubrey said as she sauntered to the sitting room. “Mummy!! Welcome!!” Sadie said and hugged her mum. “My darling, you have grown bigger just these few months,” Aubrey said. “Maternal granny is a good cook, you know,” Sadie said. “You are right? How is everyone?” Aubrey said. “They are all fine,” Sadie said. “Welcome, mum,” Davies and Liam said as Aubrey sat down. “Thanks, sons; how are you two?” Aubrey said. “We are fine, mum,” Davies and Liam chorused excitedly. “Where are Daddy and Ethan?” Aubrey said. “Dad drove me from the airport. Ethan was having a siesta beside me on the bed; I didn't know their whereabouts. Davies, do you?” Sadie said. “Yeah. Dad took Ethan out for a picnic; they should be in an eatery I think,” Davies said. “But, Dad didn’t disclose that to me. Why didn’t both of you follow them?” Aubrey said. “I told him I wanted to write a script,” Davies said. “Dad is being unfair; he should have carried everyone along,” Sadie said and grimaced. “But you were asleep, big sis,” Davies said. “That’s not an excuse, youngster,” Sadie said and everyone laughed. “Liam, you are calm; I hope you are fine?” Aubrey said. “Yes, mum,” Liam said and gave some fake smiles. “Mum, the glutton is famished,” Davies said. “Foolhardy, you are getting on my nerves,” Liam said, and everyone laughed. “You two should be calm,” Aubrey said. “Mum, does Liam live here too?” Sadie said. “Yeah, Sadie; Liam’s mum and Davies’ dad are away on the half moon. So, for now, they will stay with us,” Aubrey said. “Half moon?!” Sadie said, flabbergasted. “Yes, Sadie,” Aubrey said. “Are they astronauts?” Sadie said. “Let’s assume they are” Aubrey said. “What’s their motive, mum?” Sadie said. “You are too inquisitive, big sis; we are hungry,” Davies said, and everyone laughed. “Was that supposed to be a comment?” Sadie said. “Alright…, Sadie, Davies' dad and Liam’s mum visited the Lord of the moon,” Aubrey said. “Lord of the moon?!” Aubrey said. “Yes; I will gist you after the meal,” Aubrey said. “Alright, mum; I am curious. I heard Davies lost his mum,” Sadie said. “Yes, she was murdered in cold blood alongside Liam’s younger brother, Oliver,” Aubrey said. “Oh my God; this is barbaric,” Sadie said with a teary voice. “Come on, Sadie; it’s okay,” Aubrey said. “I am sorry for that,” Sadie said passionately. “Thank you, big sis,” Davies and Liam chorused. “Alright, kids. Sadie, let’s go and cook,” Aubrey said.
