Two days later Lar and Liri stood together on the road, looking up the path into the trees to the Lar’s cottage at Reflection. They felt mentally prepared to implement their final plan to bring Grandfather to Here. Both were recovered from their ordeals in Other. They had rehearsed all the possible moves they could imagine in this final facet dealing with Other. They had even prepared for some of the unknowns they might encounter. They had deposited the demon cages around the house to make them easily accessible. Lar had his shroud and sword out and Liri could reach her rapier instantly. Now they just had to make the one final step and call Grandfather.
