The charges against me for the vandalism were dropped thanks to a certain someone I know who had connections with the police. It didn't take much convincing though, because they willingly gave up the charges at the first mention of it. Apparently, the police department in another city informed that there was some inmate on the lose which they believe might show up in Elwoods. Murphy put a protective detail outside Frank's door so I wasn't worried leaving him alone.
