Present time, Amy is still in Xavier’s office:
Amy put her utensils down to her empty plate and took a deep breath.
“Take me for a walk, Xavier.” She looked at him with soft eyes.
Xavier put down his utensils as well and smiled at Amy, “of course my dear, let’s walk the garden.”
Xavier stood up and held a hand for Amy to take, she took it and they both walked out of the office arm in arm. She blushed at having her arm snaked around his, while his other hand rested on hers. They both got a few stares as they passed others in the packhouse and it made her uncomfortable. Xavier chuckled at her response, she was so cute and innocent.
“I have so many things to ask you, Amy.” Xavier held up the back door for Amy to walk out.
