When the door opened a stunning beautiful lady in her late 30's opened the door, she goes by the name Lady Valtira. “Welcome son, good job.” Lady Valtira said embracing Casper into her hands. “What is that on your cheek?” She asked pointing at Casper’s cheek. “This one is a fighter mom.” Casper said. Lady Valtira glanced at Ashly with deadly eyes. “You dare put your hands on my son?” Lady Valtira was fuming with fire charging towards where Ashly was standing innocently behind Casper, as soon as Lady Valtira raised her hand a loud howl was heard from not far. They all looked back from where the sound was coming from, there stood a big black Wolf with yellow eyes. It charged at them, it went flying up the steps opening it’s mouth for a bite on lady Valtira’s arm. The wolf stopped midway and fell to the floor, the driver who was standing near the car all this time pulled out a gun, the bullet had a silver’s bane. Silver’s bane was the wolves’ worst night mare, it makes a wolf lose its power, weakening it, and a wound made with silver’s bane takes too much time to heal, while a normal wolf’s wound heals faster. The Wolf shifted back to human form. “Austin, nooo.” Ashly screamed her lungs out crying in pain as she ran to where Austin was lying. “please wake up.” She said to Austin shaking him. “Who is that.” Lady Valtira asked, shock written all over her face. “That is Austin, Ashly’s twin brother my lady.” The driver said bowing his head with respect. “Wait, you mean to tell me that he followed you all this time and non of you noticed him, even the guards didn’t see him.” Lady Valtira pointed out. “I don’t know how but we didn’t see him, we just focused on the road.” Casper said bowing his head in shame. “Your foolishness almost got me killed, I didn’t teach you to be this careless.” Lady Valtira said. “Anyway, thank you for saving me David.” Lady Valtira said to the driver. “The pleasure is all mine my lady.” David said bowing his head again. “Take both of them to the dungeon.” Lady Valtira said dismissively and walked inside the house. Casper and David tossed Ashly aside and took Austin into their hands, helping each other carry Austin who was heavy, they went inside the house, entered a door going down the stairs to what seemed like a basement. This was not just a basement, there were cells down there, some cells had prisoners, some cells were empty. The halls were dark, the whole place was dark, flickering with candles that helped with some light. They threw both Ashly and Austin in the same cell. “This will give you some bonding time right.” Casper said with a smirk on his face as he locked the cell. They left and he locked the door to the basement as well. Ashly sat besides Austin helpless. “I can’t believe you came after me Austin. Why did you risk your like this for me, what am I going to do if you die in here.” Ashly said tears streaming down her eyes. Something else shifted in the cell, seemed like Austin and Ashly were not all alone in this cell. “who is there?” Ashly asked but there was no response she couldn’t see as it was dark. “Show yourself.” Ashly said in a demanding tone. “You will have to take that bullet out if you want him to live.” Came the voice from the darkness. “Who are you?” Ashly asked sitting back to where Austin was laying trying to stop the bleeding. “My name is Gina.” Gina said going closer to where Austin and Ashly were. Ashly raised her head once she heard that name and she realised that she knew that voice as well, she was under a lot of stress to realise the voice of her childhood friend Gina. Before Ashly’s family moved to brookville, they belonged to a pack back at Willow creek, the same pack Gina belonged to. m Ashly and Austin’s family left the pack because there were some conflicts they had with the alpha of the moonlit pack which is Ashly’s father’s brother, even the pack members turned their backs on their family and they decided to leave the pack because they tried to kill them, so there was nothing left for them in the pack. “Gina.” Ashly excitedly said hugging Gina, she couldn’t hold in her tears. She sobbed uncontrollably on Gina’s shoulder. “Stop crying Ashly, in here we need to be strong.” Gina said embracing Ashly. “Right now we need to clean Austin’s wound before it’s too late.” Gina said wiping Ashly’s tears with her own hand. They both went to where Austin was laying and Gina Froze for a minute when she came face to face with unconscious Austin. “oh my goddess!” Gina said tears dropping down her cheeks. “Gina what’s wrong?” Ashly asked confused looking at the shocked face of Gina. “It’s nothing.” she said kneeling beside Austin touching his face. “Dude, you are acting weird, what’s up.” Ashly asked again, surprised to see Gina acting like it's the first time seeing Austin. “Go near the door, there is a cup of water they gave me to drink minutes ago, we will use it to clean up the wound, let’s hope the silver’s bane would be cleaned at that spot.” Gina said to Ashly. Ashly quickly ran to where the cup was and came back. “How are we supposed to take out the bullet out now.” Ashly asked putting down the cup. “I am going to use my hand to take out the bullet.” Gina said unsure of what she was saying. “Isn’t that going to hurt.” Ashly asked. “We don’t have a choice Ashly, look around you, no one is coming to help us.” Gina said tearing Austin’s shirt apart. Austin was shot on his left shoulder, the silver bane was going to kill him if he was not helped fast. Gina shoved her fingers inside Austin’s wound trying to locate the bullet inside. This went on for a long time until she was able to pull it out. “I’m glad Austin is unconscious, otherwise how else would we have pulled this out.” Ashly said grateful that Gina was able to pull the bullet out. “I wouldn’t have coped with all the screams from him.” Gina said leaning her face against Austin’s face. “Is there something I’m missing here, why are you acting strange around Austin.” Ashly asked confused what was happening. “I’m just happy that’s all, pass me the water.” Gina said. Ashly passed the water to Gina and she gently washed the wound inside out. “And now?” Ashly asked. “Now we wait, I don’t know, maybe he will wake up.” Gina said taking Austin’s head to her laps and leaned against the wall.
