Izzy’s POV The next morning was so quiet. I woke up. Stretched. And I turned to look at Shantel’s bed. She was still laying down there. Lying flat. Her eyes were closed. Her chest was rising and falling. And she did not look like the Shantel who would pretend to be asleep. She looked like she was in a very deep, deep sleep. I sat up. And I rubbed my eyes. “Still?” I whispered to myself. Sarah looked at me. Her hair was so messy. And she groaned. “Don’t wake her up. She needs it.
