Brandon’s POV
I’m not going to sit here and say Sarah is different from other girls. That line is too old, too common. I’ve heard guys say that about every girl they liked. But with her… I honestly didn’t have the words. She wasn’t just different.
I would say that she was everything I did not know that I needed. She filled the spaces inside me that I did not know that were empty.
We had not been together for long. But damn. The way I loved her was so unhealthy.
And that scared me.
I changed from my suit to a pair of black shorts. And I went down to the pool area. My penthouse was one of the places I loved the most because it was private, quiet, and big enough to drown out all of the noises that were inside my head.
Because truth be told, I had noise. A lot of it.
