Looking at Lucie's shocked expression, Ruslan smiled.
Ruslan slightly curved his lips and introduced to Axel, "This is my girlfriend, Lucie. You can call her Auntie."
Axel's mood became a complex twisting storm. His ex-girlfriend had just became his auntie. However, even if he was unwilling to accept it, he could only grit his teeth and say, "Auntie..."
Carolina pursed her lips and didn't want to call Lucie that. Ruslan looked at her, and the chill in his dark eyes was terrifying.
Axel's heart shrank in fear and he quickly pinched Carolina's palm. "Call her Auntie."
Lucie placed a palm on Ruslan's chest and looked towards Carolina with a smile. "You don't have to call me Auntie, just call me sister as you're used too."
Ruslan glanced at Carolina with cold eyes and his voice became deeper. "Since she is my girlfriend, she should follow my seniority. Call her Auntie!"
Carolina was jealous and angry. How on earth did she bag this handsome demon of a man? she doesn't want to call her auntie at all. If she has to call her like that again, wouldn't that b***h be too smug about it? Carolina argued in her mind.
"Are you not willing to respect my wishes or my seniority in my family?" A cold laugh escaped Ruslan's thin lips, and the air pressure around them seemed to drop to a freezing tempreature causing everyone chills running up their spines.
Axel hurriedly explained, "Carolina is not unwilling, she just needs time to get used to it."
Axel looked at Lucie, who was in Ruslan's arms. His expression was complicated, but he had to force a smile. "Lucie should understand, right?"
Lucie didn't want to help Carolina speak, but she didn't want to get involved with Axel's uncle either. Just as she was about to speak, the man next to her said coldly, "If she's not used to it, she should keep calling her that until she is."
Everyone in the hall kept glancing over. Ruslan made it clear that Carolina had to call Lucie, Auntie. Carolina bit her lip and finally gave in. "Auntie..."
"Say it two more times," Ruslan demanded.
Carolina's eyes turned red with anger, but she didn't dare confront Ruslan directly. She reluctantly called Lucie Auntie two more times.
Axel breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that the matter could be over like this. However, Ruslan's gaze fell on him again. His eyes were deep and full of aminosity. "What did you call her before?"
Axel felt like he was being stared at by a wild wolf. His brain went numb for a moment. "I... I accidentally called her the wrong thing. I will pay attention in the future."
Fortunately, Ruslan didn't dwell on it any longer. He responded lightly and looked at Carolina and Axel. His voice was low and full of power. "Lucie and I will soon have a wedding. Our affairs don't need outsiders worrying about it. If I find out who is maliciously slandering us behind our backs, don't blame me for being impolite any futher."
Even though Carolina knew that Ruslan wasn't targeting her specifically, she still felt nervous and averted her gaze.
The people around them followed Ruslan's words and tried to smooth things over.
"Congratulations Mr. Score!"
"At Mr. Score's wedding banquet, I will definitely bring a big gift!"
"Also," Lucie raised her voice and handed a USB flash drive to a nearby servant. "I need to clarify that our engagement wasn't canceled because of mine and Ruslan's relationship. The real reason..."
"... Is this!" The video played on the big screen. Axel and Carolina were lying on the bed, constantly changing positions while making love. Their moans and gasps echoed throughout the entire banquet venue.
Carolina's voice echoed "Axel, who's better between me and Lucie?"
Axel's voice responded, ""Of course it's you, my little sweetheart." He caressed her face and kissed her. "That b***h is boring and doesn't moan as nicely as you do.".
"It must have been tough dating someone as stupid as her without me until last year." Carolina pouted in the video.
"Although it was difficult, it doesn't matter in the end, Babe. You've always been there for me since last year and as long as I have you, I can keep going, keep pretending." Axel smirked as he thrust into her making Carolina gasp.
"So who do you prefer between me and Lucie? I want you to say it!" Carolina demanded as she ran her fingers through his hair and pulled him close to her face.
"Of course it's you! I never had any feelings for her at all. I can't even get hard looking at her face. You are the one I truely love with all of my heart." Axel declared before pressing his lips against her lips.
In the next second of the video, you could see Axel thrusting into Caroling and she was begging him "Ah... faster! Faster! Please!"
Everyone in the room was shocked as they watched the screen. Carolina screamed, "Turn it off! Turn it off quickly!"
Axel's face turned ugly. He clenched his fists and rushed over to turn off the big screen.
"The real reason should be clear to everyone by now. So now, I, Lucie, unilaterally and officially cancel my engagement with Axel Score. This trash is better suited for my stepsister Carolina.
Carolina was so angry her eyes turned red. "Lucie!"
Lucie smiled and said, "Enjoy the banquet you prepared for us, little sister." She took Ruslan's arm and left.
Future Mrs. Score...
Don't push it too far!
Ruslan leaned in close to Lucie, his hot breath on her ear. "I told you, I have no plans to switch girlfriends or end things with you. Didn't you promise?"
Lucie widened her eyes in surprise. He had been playing her from the beginning. She thought she was using him, but she had actually fallen into his trap. "You came up with this idea, but you regret it now?" He smirked with a raised brow.
Yes, she had used him, but it was he who had taken the initiative to come to her that night! If she had known his true identity, she wouldn't have even considered being with him, let alone dragging some random person off the street to be with him."
"This was my idea, but... I regret it now!"
Lucie raised her chin, as if to say "what can you do about it?"
Ruslan's eyes turned cold and he suddenly lowered his head...
"Mmm..."
Lucie was a little dazed by the kiss. His warm lips were soft against hers and when she reacted, she bit him without hesitation!
Ruslan finally let go of her, the taste of coppery blood in his mouth making him grimace.
"Serves you right!" Lucie hmphed at him and walked away quickly, ignoring him as she went.
She went straight home after getting in the car. After all the chaos at the banquet, no one wanted to see her again.
Her friend Anna sent her a message on her phone, "Axel's uncle? Perfect! After you two get married, they'll both have to call you aunt. Isn't that satisfying?"
"Don't be ridiculous." Lucie denied the possibility without even thinking about it. "I can't afford to mess with a man like him."
"You may not think so, but others do." Anna was right. Shortly after the banquet ended, her father Hawthorne came up to her.
"Leaving early and breaking the rules!"
Lucie rolled her eyes. "Dad, if you want to lecture me, do it tomorrow. I'm tired."
"Stop!" Hawthorne scolded her, but then his expression softened slightly. He asked with authority, "Are you really with Mr. Score? If so, talk to him tomorrow and get Fusion to cooperate with our Wyane family."
He was being very direct like usual.
Lucie looked at Hawthorne coldly and sneered, "Why should I do that?"
"Because you're a Wyane. You're my daughter ,Hawthorne's daughter, and you should contribute to this family!"
