Three days later—
The university campus of Noctyra exploded into chaos the moment Seraphina Vespera arrived.
Luxury cars lined the entrance.
Students whispered everywhere.
Phones secretly recorded her.
Beautiful.
Spoiled.
Dangerous.
Exactly the type of woman people loved watching burn.
Seraphina ignored everyone as she walked across campus wearing dark sunglasses and a black designer coat.
Until—
Someone suddenly threw coffee toward her.
The liquid splashed across her clothes instantly.
Gasps erupted nearby.
A girl stepped forward smugly. “Oops.”
Seraphina slowly removed her sunglasses.
“You did that intentionally.”
“So what if I did?”
People began gathering quickly.
The girl crossed her arms arrogantly. “Girls like you ruin everything.”
Seraphina smiled.
Not nicely.
Then she grabbed the girl by her hair violently and slammed her against a nearby table.
Everyone screamed.
“You should’ve aimed better,” Seraphina whispered coldly.
Security rushed forward immediately.
But before anyone touched her—
The crowd suddenly parted.
Kael Vespera had arrived.
Black suit.
Black gloves.
Expression unreadable.
Fear spread instantly through the students.
Even professors fell silent.
Seraphina’s heartbeat stumbled again.
Why was he here?
Kael’s eyes moved slowly toward the girl crying on the floor.
Then toward Seraphina.
“Explain.”
“She insulted me.”
“And?”
“She threw coffee first.”
Kael studied her silently for several seconds.
Then—
“To the hospital,” he told the guards calmly while looking at the injured girl. “Pay for everything.”
The crowd relaxed slightly.
Until Kael added softly:
“And if she lies to the media, destroy her family financially.”
The entire campus went silent.
Seraphina stared at him.
Kael turned toward her slowly.
“You,” he said quietly, “are becoming very expensive.”
But despite the cold words—
She noticed something terrifying.
He had come himself.
Not security.
Not guards.
Him.
And suddenly—
Seraphina realized Kael Vespera was watching her far more closely than he should.
