Ace’s point of view
“So, evolution is basically the idea that all living things share a common ancestry and have changed over time through natural selection and genetic variation,” It was our first session together after school.
Regina sat opposite me, her hair packed into a bun though few strands escaped, now dangling in front of her.
“It’s like a big family tree, we're all related and our traits are shaped by our environment and genetics,” she gestured with her hands, completely immersed in what she was saying. My eyes wavered from the textbook in between us to her face, she had a tiny mole in the corner of her eyes and light freckles beneath her eyes.
“For example, imagine a population of birds with different beak shapes. If the environment favours birds with stronger beak shape they'll most likely survive and have babies. Over time the population would shift towards having stronger beak shaped birds,” I nodded when her eyes landed on me, silently questioning if I understood.
“So basically they mutate, have kids and then more kids till they become a populated species?”
“Yes, they mutate and reproduce then accumulate,” I could sense the sarcasm in her voice, my insides warmed. I realized I could listen to her talk about sand and still find it interesting.
“Primates like human evolved from apes—”
“So, you're a little ape woman,” Her glare hardened.
“You aren't taking this seriously,” she sat back but her glare didn't soften.
“Relax, I was just kidding—”
“That’s the problem, does it look like I'm kidding with you?”
“It isn't a big deal, chill” She humped.
“I'm sure nothing is a big deal to you,” I looked around, confused about how we got to this point.
“Girl, you can't take your anger out on me. I didn't request for you to be my tutor.”
“Sure you didn't. Mommy and Daddy do everything for you.” My fist clenched and my jaw tightened.
“You don't know what you're saying,” her eyes spackled, definitely sensing my discomfort.
“No. I know exactly what I'm saying,’’ her voice got louder, “You do everything they tell you to, their little poppet.
I stood up, unconsciously hitting my fist on the table with a loud bang, “It's not my fault yours died.”
She grew quiet, hurt flashed in her eyes and she watched me with clear unwavering hatred.
“I'm sorry. I should have said that,” she didn't wait to listen.
Picking up her backpack, the library books still on the table, she left.
I watched her back as she walked, it stood tall and proud despite her hurt.
A sigh escaped my lips as I settled back on the seat, “She started me,” I told myself but it didn't ease the hollowness and tightness in my chest.
“f**k it,” I ran my hand through my hair with my eyes closed.

It was 8pm and I was starting a streak of going back home really late. Miles invited me to a party at one of the school mate's new spots, not having anything better to do, I went.
Regina would not talk to me nor accept my apology so I decided to leave her to it. As she said, we weren't friends, I didn't need to be on her good side. She started it anyway.
The party was lit and threw me in a better mood. Great drinks, good music and hot girls, the rich kids did know how to throw a great party and waste daddy's money. I guess I was a part of them now.
In the middle of the floor, I spotted a girl dancing. She was definitely my type, her long legs on clear display in her mini red backless gown. She had a perky boob, not too big but big enough to fill my palm perfectly.
Her face wasn't clear from the angle I was at but it wasn't really important, her body was enough to compensate for her being ugly, if she was.
I strolled towards her, one hand in my pocket. “What's up?” I whispered in her ear from behind her back.
“Heyy,” I pushed back a strand of her hair, the blush on her face told me everything I needed to know. This was going to be a successful hit.
“Wanna go get some drinks?” She nodded and walked with me to the bar.
“I'm Ace by the way,” skillfully poured her a drink which she accepted.
“I know who you are, Davis's brother” I hated the title so bad I almost dropped the chase.
“I'm Elena,” She smiled, her eyes roaming around my body so seductively it made my c**k throb.
“Well, you're beautiful Elena,” I pecked her on her cheek, she wrapped her arm around my neck, drawing me closer.
“Let's head somewhere private” She nodded and led me upstairs. It would have been a surprising event for some but it was one I was used to.
She clearly had ulterior motives, I could see it in her eyes as she watched me like another one of her conquests. I couldn't care about right now, one could say I was thinking with my d**k right now, but after weeks of celibacy you're bound to.
Her insides were soft and sweet, she moved with expertise that could only be gotten from lots of experience.
I spent the rest of the evening in her embrace, exploring her body till it was time to go back home.
